Stitch will soon be available for Disney Funko Pop! collectors to add to their collections. A new Lilo & Stitch action figure from Funko has been unveiled (via Entertainment Earth) and will be available in August 2023. Stitch is depicted here with a dejected expression. He’s looking down at the ground with his ears down. Additionally, Stitch has a plunger covering the top of his head.
The figurine is packaged in a window display box and stands 3 and 3/4 inches tall. Fans of the Elvis-loving alien will want to acquire this as soon as possible because it is a limited-edition figure. In the 2002 animated film Lilo & Stitch, the alien mad scientist Jumba Jookiba (David Ogden Stiers) invented Stitch (Chris Sanders) as Experiment 626. His initial intent was to wreak havoc and ruin.
Stitch, however, managed to get away and came to Earth. Later, Lilo (Daveigh Chase), a young child, adopted him under the mistaken belief that he was a dog. Jumba and the alien agent Pleakley (Kevin McDonald) were tasked with locating Stitch and returning him to the Galactic Federation simultaneously. Nani, Lilo’s sister, and guardian (Tia Carrere), initially opposed keeping Stitch, but after he protected Lilo from the alien Gantu, she accepted him (Kevin Michael Richardson).
