Customer Review:

I had 20+ coins I was looking at selling for a family member. I went to the coin show in Tyler, Tx to get appraisals and of all the buyers there these guys gave me the highest appraisal and was very helpful in what I had. I went back to their store in Shreveport where they purchased all the coins at the same value they quoted me in Tyler. Very pleased with their service.

I had my collection appraised by three companies only to be disappointed with there offers. US Coin Depots offer was nearly double what the other three company’s offered. John Stevens was transparent in his pricing and Jonathan the owner was a pleasure to work with when it was time to receive my payment. I highly recommend this company and trust them completely.

Customer Review:

I found this business earlier this year. Have sold a few gold necklaces that my family gave to me and I simply have no desire to wear them. What I really like about this store is the excellent customer service it’s very low key and they don’t give you hassles or ask you questions about the origin of your jewelry. I’ve been assisted by Alan both times I went in and he’s really friendly and very speedy in checking the gold to make sure it’s real I’m pretty sure he has many decades of experience and has no confusion on his end. He likes to be helpful and sometimes I strike up a chat and he is pleasant to talk to you. I haven’t got to know the other staff yet but next time I’ll see what they have to say.. but like I said, the low-key casual atmosphere is something that I really like here. I’ve been to some other gold exchange stores where they seemed mistrusting of me, like they were wondering why I had some items or would take my thumbprint and make me feel like I did something wrong, but not this place.

Customer Review:

I have been waiting 4 years trying to decide when and how to sell inherited gold coins. It seemed impossible to get what I considered a fair price, something at least close to the price of gold. Then the opportunity presented itself and I found Coinfully from an internet search. I called, spoke to Debbie and immediately emailed my inventory list, figuring it couldn’t hurt. Wyatt called me within a few hours, explained the process for my collection and made an offer that literally shocked me, having had so many bad ones over the years. I knew I was dealing with trustworthy people. He arrived 3 days later and adjusted the offer since the market had gone up nicely. Verified my coins, wired the money and I had confirmation of receipt in 15 minutes. Working with Coinfully has been a delight and a relief. I highly recommend them for fairness and making it extremely easy. I know I have honored the person who left this to me.

where to sell your coin in texas

Customer Review:

I think they are fair and genuine on appraisals for coins, the fact is this – what’s is worth to you compared to what they will pay for it may be two different complete numbers, they typically buy wholesale, and I’m sure if you have something nice or rare, there’s some wiggle room. Many folks go on the internet like eBay, Etsy, or various other websites and compare their coins with what they see. That is the worst way to come in and try to sell your coins, then you get upset and say they’re ripping people off – this is not true. Keep in mind almost all beat-up circulated coins, old & new, are worth face value. On the buying side, they are also fair. I’ve negotiated with them on coins, so they try to work with the customer, so that’s good customer service.

I was getting discouraged and leaning towards giving up on the order, but his troubleshooting skills helped walk me through the problem and get my order placed! I really appreciate his support.

apmex one of the best online coin dealerships

APMEX (American Precious Metal Exchange)

  • Established in 2000
  • Extensive product selection
  • 7-day return policy
  • Robust customer service
  • Ranked #1 specialty e-Retailer for the third year in a row

Customer Review:

I have ordered coins from APMEX on at least three occasions. To get the best price, I pay by check. That causes a delay in delivery, which is expected but saves me from paying by wire. Consumer Affairs asked whether I received an order placed on September 23, but I placed the order late on September 22, 2021. It took probably five or six days for my check to reach the company, which is a guess on my part, and delivery was made on October 8, 2021. I also order from two other companies online, one that caters to ex-military and one that caters to NRA members, and all have provided a good service, but APMEX is probably a little faster. APMEX had some 2021 MS70 coins at a low price. I think service was fast, waiting for a bank check to clear. – Paul
